Get To Know Us

Grace Dubery, born and raised in Lisbon, relocated to Canada with her family in 1997. Her yoga journey began while studying at McGill University in Montreal in 2002, leading her to start teaching in Toronto in 2006.

Deeply rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system and later influenced by Iyengar, Grace's teaching style stems from personal exploration. She views the teacher as a bridge between students and the practice, recognizing that yoga extends beyond the mat.

Dominik Sadoch started shaping his creative vision from an early age. At fifteen, he began traveling the world to work with the fashion industry's most successful artists and creators. He was first introduced to yoga through Kundalini lineage in 2018. From then on, meditation became his daily practice. Having begun coaching in 2020, two years later, Dominik completed the Yoga Teacher Training with The Sacred Fig for which he later mentored during the 200h program.
